There’s something so timeless about a southern spring wedding in North Carolina, and Nina and Andrew’s beautiful April 18 wedding at The Water's Edge at Tart Farms was the perfect example of that sweet southern charm. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, these two officially became Mr. and Mrs. Warrick in a wedding day filled with heartfelt emotion, meaningful moments, and the dreamiest golden hour portraits.

From the moment the day began, there was such a calm and emotional atmosphere surrounding everyone involved. The soft baby blue and navy color palette gave the entire wedding an elegant southern feel while still feeling classic and timeless. The bridesmaids looked stunning in shades of blue, perfectly complementing the natural beauty of the venue and the spring scenery surrounding the property.
A Meaningful First Touch and Prayer
One of the most emotional moments from Nina and Andrew’s wedding day was their private first touch and prayer before the ceremony. Instead of seeing each other before walking down the aisle, they chose to share a quiet moment together while standing back to back at a corner, holding hands, and praying together before becoming husband and wife.
It was such a beautiful reminder that weddings are about so much more than details and timelines; they are about connection, faith, and the commitment two people are making to one another. You could truly feel the love and emotion throughout the entire day.

As the sun began to set over the venue, the new Mr. and Mrs. slipped away for golden hour portraits, and the light could not have been more perfect. The warm glow surrounding Nina and Andrew created some of the most magical and romantic images from the entire wedding day.
The way Andrew looked at Nina during these portraits said everything. Between the laughter, quiet moments together, and the golden sunlight wrapping around them, these portraits perfectly captured the joy of finally being married.
