What a joy-filled day celebrating Kaitlyn and Jacob—now Mr. and Mrs. Lee on July 26, 2025! Their wedding at the Powell Home and Barn in Warsaw, NC was such a beautiful mix of heartfelt moments, laughter, and nonstop celebration. From start to finish, their day was a true reflection of their upbeat personalities and the love they share.
The morning began with so much anticipation as Kaitlyn got ready surrounded by her bridesmaids, and Jacob spent time with his groomsmen. There was such an easy, happy energy in the air. You could feel how excited everyone was—not just for the wedding itself, but for the joy of finally seeing these two start their forever together.
The ceremony took place with the most charming rustic backdrop. The Powell Home and Barn is one of our favorite Eastern North Carolina wedding venues, with its timeless country charm and wide-open spaces that feel so inviting. Kaitlyn looked absolutely stunning in her gown, carrying a bouquet full of soft blooms that perfectly complimented the warm tones of the day. The bridesmaids’ dresses added the sweetest touch of color, while the groomsmen kept things classic and sharp.
The reception space inside the barn was glowing with twinkle lights, greenery, and rustic touches that made it feel cozy and romantic. Large tables were decorated with simple but elegant centerpieces, blending natural textures with soft florals. It was the perfect balance of farmhouse charm and wedding elegance. From the heartfelt toasts to the delicious meal, every detail was thought out so well.
And then—the dance floor. Guests were ready to celebrate, and celebrate they did! The barn came alive with music, laughter, and some unforgettable moves. Kaitlyn and Jacob never stopped smiling, whether they were dancing together or surrounded by their family and friends.
One of our favorite parts of the day was seeing how naturally Kaitlyn and Jacob leaned into every moment. Whether it was sneaking little glances at each other during the reception, laughing with their bridal party, or soaking in the celebration, they carried such a lighthearted joy that was contagious.
